Eligibility for Exchange

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Only size or product exchanges are allowed. (Refunds are not available under this policy.)

Products purchased during sale, discounts, or special promotions are not eligible for exchange.

Customized or altered products cannot be exchanged.
How to Request an Exchange

Contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery at [support email/phone/WhatsApp].

Share your order number, reason for exchange, and product images (if required).

Once approved, ship the product back to us at your own cost.

After inspection, your replacement product will be shipped.

Exchanges are processed only once per order.

If the desired product/size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit valid for your next purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
